On January 1, 2003, the Lonesome Oak Ranch campers performed the "smash" Horse Follies Hit, The Crossroads |
|

|
The riders let the horses get comfortable with the arena as the crowd gathered. |
|
Family and friends had great seats overlooking the "theater". |
 |
|
|
The play was full of drama, with good guys and bad guys and even a few damsels in distress (who later opened their own business assisting others!) The campers and horses did a wonderful job! |
|
After the follies, awards were presented to the campers for their contributions during the week, and for their fine performances. |
 |
|
|
Then, the horses were taken back to the stables where they were given carrot treats! |
|
After the horses were stabled, everyone else enjoyed a fabulous buffet lunch. |
 |
|
|
Finally, each camper received a
t-shirt to take home. A great reminder of a great time! Thanks to all our
great campers, and our volunteers who were such a help to us.
